    Graduation and Parent Involvement Specialist to provide migrant families with education activities that support student achievement, high school graduation, post-high school transitions, and parent involvement strategies. Required: Bilingual in English/Spanish, ability to travel between work sites, an Associate's Degree or equivalent, and two years experience in Migrant Education or school/community relations. $15.55-$18.20 per hour depending on experience.     Bilingual Home-School Liaison/Recruiter to contact migratory families to identify and recruit childen who qualify for the Migrant Education Program. This position also provices supplemental classroom instruction for students in public schools, and assists families in supporting the education of their high school students.     Parent Education Coordinator/Community Health Worker to serve the Four Rivers Early Learning Hub and North Central Public Health District to organize parenting workshops and family events, recruit and maintain parenting education facilitators, recruit families, and coordinate with community partners in Gilliam, Sherman, and Wheeler Counties. Develop infrastructure and coordinate the Home Visiting Program, and integrate effective, evidence-based prevention interventions into existing programs. Required: Ability to travel between work sites, flexible schedule, and an Associate's Degree/post-secondary education in a related field. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. $24.43 per hour.     Mentor/Teacher on Special Assignment to provide comprehensive and systematic process of providing meaningful, on-going assistance to newly hired elementary and secondary educators with zero to two-years teaching experience.     School-Age Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in rural school districts (Dufur and South Wasco County). Experience with students having identified problems in speech or language disorders preferred. Required: Oregon Speech Pathologist License, CCC in Speech Pathology for ASHA (or eligible to begin clinical fellowship year) or valid Oregon TSPC license with Communication Disorders endorsement. Salary range $41-312-$68,248. Benefits include family medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and long-term disability insurance coverage. Employer contributions to Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) upon qualification and employer paid PERS pick-up. The position will begin for the 2017-18 school year.     School Psychologist to serve the school districts in Wasco County, Oregon. The successful candidate will assess students' intellectual and mental functional levels, provide information for program development and student placement, develop behavior plans, and provide information on child development and/or issues on specific students to instructional personnel. Qualifications: A Master's Degree (required) or higher degree (preferred) from an accredited institution with a major in one or more of the following areas: Counseling, Community Health, or Psychology.
