After seven years of dedicated service, Superintendent Pat Sublette, Ph.D., has decided to retire.

Pat has been an integral part of our organization, contributing to its success and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her leadership, guidance, and unwavering commitment to excellence will leave a lasting impact on each one of us.

Throughout Pat’s time at Columbia Gorge ESD she has played a pivotal role in expanding the size, leading through COVID, and increasing services the ESD provides while building the trust of community partners.

In the coming weeks, we will begin the process of selecting a new leader who will continue to guide our Columbia Gorge ESD toward even greater success.

Please join me in extending heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Pat as she embarks on her retirement. We will certainly miss her leadership and are grateful for the legacy she leaves behind.
