Grant opportunities for Preschool Promise slots are made available to Early Learning Providers once a year through the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC).
Preschool Promise slots, in collaboration with DELC and Four Rivers Early Learning and Parenting Hub, serve children ages 3-5 who reside in Oregon and whose parents meet financial eligibility requirements and as availability allows.
