Student services are provided to our constituent school districts within the region, including:

Autism: Columbia Gorge ESD provides autism services to all school districts throughout  Hood River and Wasco County under a contract with Columbia Regional Program.

Coordination of Special Education Grants: Columbia Gorge ESD serves as the consortium manager and fiscal agent for several special education grants.

Early Intervention (EI) serves children ages birth to three years old who have been identified with developmental delays or disability. 

Early Childhood Services Education (ECSE) serves children ages three to five years old (before the entrance of Kindergarten) who have been identified with developmental delays or a disability. Columbia Gorge ESD conducts child find activities associated with these services on behalf of all Wasco County School Districts.

Home School: Columbia Gorge ESD serves as the monitoring agency for the Oregon Department of Education in Wasco and Hood River Counties.
