Four Rivers Early Learning Hub, in partnership with Books for Kids Columbia Gorge, proudly announces the allocation of $7000 in early literacy grant funding to local programs serving young children. This initiative supports early childhood education by providing nearly 1,600 books to over 650 children from birth to age five across Hood River and Wasco Counties. These funds were provided by the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) and the Birth to Five Early Literacy Program (BTFELP).
