CGESD’s School Improvement Department provides direct assessment support to the districts in Hood River and Wasco County. Penny Fender may be contacted for assessment related support including test administration of OAKS Online, English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA), Extended Assessments for Special Education, test record management, Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) ratings, report card information, and reporting procedures.
